ALL STARS REWARDS – Terms & Conditions 

 

These terms and conditions apply to your access to, and participation in the All Stars Rewards program (Program) which is operated by LSRH Group Franchising Pty Ltd. For the avoidance of doubt, these terms and conditions apply to both the All Stars Rewards card (All Stars Rewards card) and the All Stars Rewards mobile application (All Stars Rewards mobile app). By providing your details and verifying your email account and/or using your All Stars
Rewards card and/or by downloading and/or using the All Stars Rewards mobile app, you agree to these terms and conditions and to any changes or modifications made to them from time to time.

1. ALL STARS REWARDS PROGRAM OVERVIEW
1.1 Individuals join All Stars Rewards by registering their details on the Lone Star Rib House website ALL STARS REWARDS sign up tab, or by registering at a
participating Lone Star Rib House restaurant and then activating their All Stars Rewards card or by downloading the All Stars Rewards mobile app and following the prompts to register and activate the app.
1.2 Only a verified Account holder can redeem All Stars Rewards Points (Points). To become a verified Account holder, you must verify your email address by clicking on the email sent to you. Once the Account holder has been verified, an All Stars Rewards account (Account) will be created for the Account holder.
1.3 All Stars Rewards account holders who initially become an Account holder by registering to All Stars Rewards from a participating Lone Star Rib House
restaurant and then registering and activating the card, will also be able to activate the All Stars Rewards mobile app and associate their All Stars Rewards
card during the registration process. Account holders can then use either the virtual card on the All Stars Rewards mobile app or the physical All Stars Rewards card to purchase beverages and accrue or redeem Points.
1.4 The All Stars Rewards card is only valid for use in participating stores within Australia. This card remains the property of LSRH Group Franchising Pty Ltd.
1.5 There is a strict limit of one Account per person. Each Account requires an independent email address and mobile number that need to be verified.
1.6 An All Stars Rewards Account may only be used by the verified Account holder. Multiple individuals cannot share All Stars Rewards Points.

1.7 Please read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how LSRH Group Franchising Pty Ltd collects, uses and discloses information about its customers
and All Stars Rewards Account holders.

2. COLLECTION OF POINTS & REDEMPTION
2.1 Points can only be earned at the point of purchase in Australia provided that the All Stars Rewards card or All Stars Rewards mobile app barcode associated with a verified Account is scanned at the time of purchase.
2.2 Account holders cannot claim Points from past transactions or receipts.
2.3 Lone Star $$ are earned as follows: For every $1 you spend at a Lone Star Rib House restaurant, you will earn 10% back as Lone Star $$. For example, a $10.00 purchase will result in 1 Lone Star $$ on your receipt. Lone Star $$ can be used for any food or merchandise purchases at L one Star Rib House restaurants
2.4 Lone Star $$ and rewards under the Program cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable or refundable. $$ accrued in multiple Accounts cannot be combined.
2.5 $$ cannot be used to discount the price of a beverage.
2.6 Lone Star $$ cannot be earned in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or discount.
2.7 Account holders can check their $$ balance at any time through their All Stars Rewards mobile app or by logging into their Account on the Lone Star Rib House website www.lonestarribhouse.com.au.
2.8 When redeeming Lone Star $$ at a Lone Star Rib House restaurant, Account holders are required to have sufficient $$ to redeem against the full value of the food using $$ alone. All Stars Rewards benefits and discounts are available and are redeemed by presenting a valid All Stars Rewards card or by scanning the All Stars Rewards mobile app associated with a verified Account at the time of purchase.
2.9 All Stars Rewards cards must be registered and verified to redeem any loyalty benefits.

3. LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED CARDS
3.1 LSRH Group Franchising Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or destruction of your All Stars Rewards membership card.
3.2 A fee of $5 is payable if a replacement All Stars Rewards card is requested.

3.3 Upon request, $$ from the lost/stolen card can be transferred to the new card. To transfer the Points, the Account holder must provide LSRH Group Franchising Pty Ltd with their previous All Stars Rewards number. While LSRH Group Franchising Pty Ltd will make every effort to ensure that the full Points balance is transferred to the new card, LSRH Group Franchising Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any $$ lost prior to the transfer.

4. ALL STARS REWARDS DETAILS
4.1 The All Stars Rewards card holder is responsible for ensuring that their details are correct at all times. It is each Account holder’s responsibility to ensure that the correct number of Points has been added or deducted for each eligible transaction.
4.2 LSRH Group Franchising Pty Ltd reserves the right to communicate with its Account holders, who have opted in to receive marketing material, to inform
them of any upcoming marketing activities/promotions and/or offers.
4.3 Information collected from Account holders at the time of joining the Program is subject to the LSRH Group Franchising Pty Ltd Privacy Policy. LSRH Group Franchising Pty Ltd collects personal information from its Account holders in order to conduct the Program and may, for this purpose, disclose such
information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors and service providers. LSRH Group Franchising Pty Ltd may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity and research purposes including telephoning the Account holder or sending messages. Please see the Privacy Policy for further details.

5. GENERAL
5.1 Reproduction of an All Stars Rewards card in any form is strictly prohibited. Your Points, benefits, registered All Stars Rewards card and your Account are personal to you, and except as expressly permitted under these terms and conditions or the rules of a promotional program, may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with family, friends or others.
5.2 LSRH Group Franchising Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate your Account and/or your participation in the Program if LSRH Group Franchising Pty Ltd
determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these terms and conditions or that the use of your Account is unauthorised, fraudulent or
otherwise unlawful.

5.3 LSRH Group Franchising Pty Ltd reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes or
modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or
modifications.

Eligibility

    1. Entry to the Promotion is open to residents of Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia who meet the Entry Restrictions (if any). Entrants must be18 years of age or older.
    2. Store Employees and contractors of Lone Star Rib House and Outback Jacks restaurants and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
    3. The Promotion will be conducted during the Promotion period 04 September 2021 to 05 September 2021.
    4. To enter the Promotion, entrants must complete the Entry Procedure during the Promotion dates.
    5. Promotion commences at 12.00 am on Saturday 04 September (EDT) and closes at 11:59pm on 05 September 2021 EST (Promotional Period). The Winner will be notified via email and phone within 48 hours of the draw. The Winner’s name will be published on the Promoter’s Facebook Account and they The Winners will have until 11:00 am on 16 September 2021 (EST) to claim their prize. If the Prize remains unclaimed at this time, a redraw will take place on 18 September 2021 (EST).
    6. Entrants may only register once. The Promoter reserves the right to remove duplicate entries.
    7. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
      5. Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage in transit to the Prize, or for any consequences of the Winner or any of their companions not complying with any applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of the Prize.
      6. If for any reason this Promotion is cancelled or is not capable of running as planned, due to an intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to State Regulation.

      10. The Prizes will only be awarded following any Winner validation and verification that the Promoters requires in its sole discretion. After the Winner has been validated, the Winner’s details will be published on the Lone Star Rib House and Outback Jacks Social Media accounts.
      11. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this Promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but without limitation technical malfunctions or failures.
      12. As a condition of entering this Promotion, an entrant consents to, in the event they are the Winner, the Promoter using the Winner’s name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without further notification, remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting, publicising or marketing the Promotion (including any outcome), and/or promoting any products or services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter or Lone Star Rib House or Outback Jacks. The entrant agrees that, in the event they are the Winner, the entrant will participate in all reasonable promoted activities in relation to the Promotion as requested by the Promoter and its agents.

Claiming prizes

      1. Prizes must be claimed by the Prize Claim Date in accordance with any claim instructions set out in the schedule
      2. If a prize is not accepted or claimed by the Prize Claim Date, the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right distribute the unclaimed prizes in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize. Arrangements specified in the Schedule, subject to any directions given by any relevant authority. Winners of unclaimed prize will be notified and have their names and State/Territory of residence published in accordance with Unclaimed Prize laws

Conditions of Entry

  1. Information on how to enter to win the Ultimate Getaway to Byron Bay (Promotion that also includes as 2nd Place Prize a dinner for 4 at Lonestar Rib House and 3rd Place Prize $200 Lonestar Rib House Voucher), forms part of these terms and conditions. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  4. To enter the Promotion, entrants must complete the Entry Procedure during the Promotion To enter the promotion the entrants must download and register in the Allstar Rewards Loyalty App.
  5. Promotion commences at 6:00 am on 10 December 2020 (AEDT) and closes at 11:00 pm on 10 March 2021 AEST (Promotional Period). The first-Place winner will be the customer with the highest amount of points accumulated in the Allstar Rewards Loyalty App from December 10th, 2020 to March 10th, 2021. The second and third places will be the members with the second and third highest amount of points accumulated in the Allstar Rewards Loyalty App. Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent at Lonestar Rib House restaurants from the December 10th, 2020 to March 10th, 2021. The Winner’s name will be published on the Promoter’s Facebook Account and they will be notified via email or phone within 48 hours of the draw. The Winners has until 9:00 am on 1 April 2021 (AEST) to claim their prizes. If the Prize remains unclaimed at this time, a redraw will take place at 10:00 am on 1 April 2021 (AEST) and the second place of the highest amount of points will be the winner.
  6. To enter, Eligible Entrants must download and register on the Allstar Loyalty App. Only completed registrations will be valid entries (Valid Entries). Entrants may only register once. The Promoter reserves the right to remove duplicate entries.

Prizes

  1. The first prize is a Getaway to Byron Bay for 2 people which will take the form of a Flight Centre voucher for A$3,000, payable to Flight Centre by the AM, that can only be redeemed at Flight Centre to book a Getaway to Byron Bay from the range of services provided by Flight Centre (the Prize).Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for The second place will receive a dinner for 4 people (2 entrees to share. 4 mains and 2 desserts to share. 1 beverage per person (tap wine, tap beer or soft drink)) at any Lonestar Ribs House in NSW or SA. The third place will receive a $200 Lonestar Rib House Voucher valid on the customer preferred restaurant.

All applicable taxes, levies and surcharges, passports, visa requirements or visa related charges, meals (unless specified), accommodation, incidentals, excess baggage charges, travel insurance, and all other travel related expenses and ancillary costs are the responsibility of the Winner. Travel to/from the departure cities and airports is the responsibility of the Winner unless otherwise stated. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances. The Promoter accepts no liability for any loss or claim arising from or as a result of the Prize.
  3. The first place Prize will be awarded in the form of a non-transferable, non-refundable or exchangeable Flight Centre gift voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Any unspent value will expire at the end of the validity period and cannot be exchanged for cash or other value. No extensions are permitted.
  4. The Winner is responsible for booking the holiday with Flight Centre directly. The winner of the 2nd place prize is responsible for booking the dinner with the Lonestar Restaurant directly.
  5. Prizes will be sent via standard post, courier or email to the address provided by the Winner.
  6. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
  7. Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage in transit to the Prize, or for any consequences of the Winner or any of their companions not complying with any applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of the Prize.

If for any reason this Promotion is cancelled or is not capable of running as planned, due to an intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to State Regulation.

  12. The Prizes will only be awarded following any Winner validation and verification that the Promoters requires in its sole discretion. After the Winner has been validated, the Winner’s details will be published on the Lonestar Rib House Social Media accounts.
  13. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this Promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but without limitation technical malfunctions or failures

As a condition of entering this Promotion, an entrant consents to, in the event they are the Winner, the Promoter using the Winner’s name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without further notification, remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting, publicising or marketing the Promotion (including any outcome), and/or promoting any products or services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter or Lonestar Rib House.
